Hello, I'm Bhavna.

Hello I'm Bhavna, a dedicated counsellor with a deep commitment to helping individuals navigate life's challenges and achieve emotional well-being. With a warm and empathetic approach, I strive to create a safe and supportive space, where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings and experiences without judgment.

Therapy Sessions

As a person-centred counsellor, my approach to counselling is founded on empathy, unconditional positive regard and genuineness. I believe in creating a safe and non-judgmental space, where clients feel empowered to explore their thoughts, feelings and experiences at their own pace. I prioritise the client's autonomy and self-discovery, working collaboratively to uncover their inherent strengths, facilitate personal growth and healing. Through active listening and reflective exploration, I strive to support clients in gaining insight, enhancing self-awareness and ultimately finding their own unique path towards a greater well-being.

Single Sessions

In addition to weekly therapy, I offer single session counselling, where I provide focused and effective support to individuals in an hour and a half session. My approach for these sessions is rooted in solution-focused therapy, aimed at empowering clients to make important decisions, especially during times of indecision or feeling stuck in life. Whether you're facing a crisis or simply need a space to talk things out and be heard, I'm here to provide a compassionate ear and practical guidance. Through our session, we'll work together to explore your concerns, identify strategies for moving forward and cultivate the resilience needed to navigate life's challenges, with confidence and clarity.
