Free To Be You Counselling

Counselling for Children, Young People & Adults

based in Market Harborough

Welcome!

Why would I need therapy?

Talking therapy is very helpful for any issues that are causing you pain, confusion or feelings of being lost or numb.

It helps to talk with someone who can listen without them trying to "fix it". With someone you can feel safe with to breathe and explore your thoughts and feelings openly. With someone, you can build trust when maybe you've never been able to build trust before.

The act of talking about our problems helps us release pain from our bodies and leads us on the journey of healing.

This is also important for children and young people when they are struggling with big emotions or changes.
