Contact usHealing from Trauma
We can work on healing from past or recent traumas, no matter where they originate.
I'm here to guide you through recovery and help you to calm your nervous system.
Together, we'll work on understanding and accepting what happened, to help you heal and find peace.
Remember, you are a survivor, not a victim.
Anxiety & Depression
We’ll work together to uncover what’s really behind your anxiety and/or depression, as these feelings are signals that something's wrong.
Sometimes, we might have an idea of what’s causing these feelings, and other times, it might be less clear.
That’s where counselling can make a huge difference. It helps you explore and uncover issues that are affecting you. Then, we can work towards healing those underlying causes together.
Relationships & Boundaries
We can work together on issues that might be causing problems in your relationships or making it hard for you to set boundaries.
If being in a relationship makes you anxious or makes you want to run away; or if you feel people are taking advantage of you, I'm here to help you work towards having healthier relationships, where you feel loved and supported.
Self-esteem & Motivation
Let's work together to identify and overcome any self-limiting beliefs that might be holding you back from reaching your full potential.
We’ll focus on building your self-trust and helping you tune into your instincts, so you build confidence, motivation and self-love.
Infertility & Miscarriage
Losing a child or the hope of having a child is incredibly hard. It can leave us with many questions and what-ifs. It can leave us with a future and plans that will never come to be. It can make us question if we have value if we can't have a child.
Talking about your loss or losses can help you move forward and find a future that can still have value to you.
Bullying (Including Workplace)
I can help you find your voice and share what’s happening to you, explore how it makes you feel and help you understand how it affects your self-view.
Often, bullying is more about the bully and their issues, which they project onto others. It's easier for them to push their negative feelings onto someone else.
I'm here to help you navigate difficult situations and people, so you can feel safe and confident.
Coping with Loss
Throughout our lives, we will experience many losses. Some of these are expected, like saying goodbye to friends, pets, or even our parents as they near the end of their lives. Knowing the ending is coming doesn’t make it any easier.
Then there are the unexpected losses that leave us feeling shocked and devastated, such as losing our homes, our jobs, or the people we love the most.
Talking through these losses can help us express what is not always easy or comfortable.
Self-Harm & Suicide
Whether you or someone you love is self-harming or feeling suicidal, I’m here to offer compassionate support and help you find coping strategies that work for you.
I would never tell you to stop doing something that helps you cope with your feelings and life. Instead, we’ll work together to put in place support you can use when you feel in crisis and need help.
I will listen to you without judgment and provide a safe place for you. You are important, and your well-being matters to me.
If you are in a crisis and need support now, you can call the Samaritans on 116 123 (available 24/7), Childline on 0800 1111 (available 24/7), or text "SHOUT" to 85258 (available 24/7).
Gender Issues
No matter your gender, everyone faces unique challenges and sometimes needs support, especially during changes we can't always control.
You could be dealing with hormonal changes or fertility issues, navigating motherhood, fatherhood, or otherhood, being child-free, having sex or relationship issues, facing gender discrimination, or experiencing abuse.
I'm here to support you through whatever challenges you are facing.
